What's in the workbook

  • Settings: card fee, fixed fee per order, buy now, pay later fee and share of BNPL orders, and marketplace fees, combined into one effective fee rate.
  • Products (up to 50): sale price after the holiday discount, fees, profit per unit, margin, markup, the break-even units at the discount and the volume lift you need.
  • Discount scenarios: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35% and 40% off side by side for one product, with the break-even volume for each.
  • Daily tracker: every day from Thanksgiving (26 November 2026) to New Year's Eve, with Black Friday and Cyber Monday marked, showing profit and margin per day and for the season.

Every number is a live formula; the yellow cells are the inputs. The same maths powers the free Black Friday discount calculator and the Shopify profit margin calculator; the planner applies it to your whole catalogue and the whole season.
